Tim Cahill is senior vice president of Global Business Development at Lockheed Martin Corporation. His role is focused on bringing integrated solutions to domestic and international customers.

He previously served as Senior Vice President for Lockheed Martin International.  Before that he was Vice President, Integrated Air and Missile Defense Systems for LM Missiles and Fire Control, where he managed significant programs, including Terminal High Altitude Area Defense, Patriot PAC-3 Missile, Medium Extended Air Defense System and numerous emerging IAMD technologies. Before joining Missiles and Fire Control, he served as Vice President of Engineering and Technology in LM Space Systems Company.  As Vice President and General Manager of Strategic and Missile Defense Systems, he was responsible for over 4,000 employees in the US, UK, and Marshall Islands. He also oversaw critical US military efforts, including the US Navy’s Trident II D5 Fleet Ballistic Missile and US Air Force’s Intercontinental Ballistic Missile programs.

Tim joined Lockheed Martin in 1995, following a distinguished career in the US Air Force, where he managed the integration and launch of twenty military, NASA and classified spacecraft on Space Shuttle, Titan and Atlas launch vehicles. He holds a patent for a modular spacecraft bus design.
