Wallis Laughrey is Vice President of Strategy and Chief Transformation Officer for Raytheon Intelligence & Space. He leads growth initiatives; technology and investment planning; and the development of other strategic efforts to transform RI&S to effectively, predictably and affordably respond to customer mission needs.

Previously, Laughrey was Vice President of Space & C2 Systems for RI&S, where he developed the organization’s vision, strategy and plans for electro-optical, infrared and radar-based space payloads, as well as for command and control technology. Before his roles at RI&S, Laughrey led the Space Systems mission area at Raytheon Company’s Space and Airborne Systems business. Before joining Space Systems, he was Vice President for Raytheon Space and Airborne Systems and deputy of Advanced Concepts & Technology.

Laughrey is a member of the Air Force Association, American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics and National Defense Industrial Association. He is a member of the California Science Center Board of Trustees and the National Security Space Board of Directors.

He has a BA from the United States Air Force Academy, an MA in public administration (University of Colorado), an MA in product development engineering (University of Southern California) and a certificate in advanced project management (Stanford University).
