Jacob leads KPMG’s Global and Australian Space Industry practice, which supports the firm’s space sector work in 25 countries. Jacob has worked with a range of clients in the space sector across Australia, the Middle East, the United Kingdom and the United States, with experience in strategy and policy development, economic and market analysis and program delivery. Jacob has moderated a number of leading industry forums including the recent G20 Heads of Space Agency, Space Economy meeting and the Space Symposium. Jacob has led the development of KPMG’s recent thought leadership on the space sector including ‘Navigating Space: the future of space in defense’ and ’30 Voices for 2030, the future of space’ and has acted as an SME on a range of space industry engagements with government, defence and industry clients. Prior to joining KPMG, Jacob worked with the United Nations Observer, Space Generation Advisory Council, as the Global Treasurer as well as representative to the United Nations COPUOS (Committee On the Peaceful Uses of Outer-Space) in Vienna.
