Roser Roca-Toha is an aviation industry professional with more than 15 years of experience in the aerospace sector.

She has occupied a variety of roles from engineering, programme management, business development and Sales & Marketing. Roser has operated internationally and lived in 5 different countries.

Roser was appointed Head of UAS Marketing in Jun 2019, based in Munich, Germany. In this role, Roser and her team are in charge of analyzing the UAS market requirements, ensuring Airbus UAS product development aligns with the market and customer needs. Prior to that, Roser held the position of Aircraft Marketing Director, in Airbus Americas, based in Washington DC, US, where she was part of the Sales team responsible to develop civil aircraft business in North America. Before moving to the US, Roser occupied different roles in Airbus HQ, in Toulouse ­ from A350 Customer Programme Manager at Airbus Central Entity, in Toulouse, France and Communications systems lead engineer for the A380.

Roser joined Airbus in 2006 in the avionics systems engineering division, where she led a team responsible for the development of new satellite communications & connectivity
