Tony Toner is the Key Account Manager for Military Air Systems in the UK and the Head of Export Support for all Airbus Defence and Space UK Export activities including A400M, MRTT, Satellites and Secure Communications Campaigns.  In his role as Key Account Manager, Tony focusses on strengthening stakeholder engagement and broadening the scope and scale of Airbus’ support to the Air Mobility Force.  As Head of Export Support, he has partnered with UK Defence and Security, UK MOD and the wider ‘Export Community’ to get a number of key Campaigns across the finish line. 

Prior to joining Airbus in 2012, Tony spent 30 years in the RAF where, as a Hercules navigator, he was deployed to the Falklands, the Gulf and Somalia.  He also served in Cyprus and on the Defence Staff in Washington DC.  He enjoyed commands in Oman and at Brize Norton and was Chief of Staff at Kandahar before commanding Camp Bastion Airfield. 

Married with 4 children, Tony lives near Brize Norton and is a poor but enthusiastic sportsman who spends his spare time walking his dog or looking for his lost golf balls.
