Paul Livingston was appointed Chief Executive of Lockheed Martin UK in April 2021 after four years serving as Vice President and Group Managing Director for Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems. Paul is accountable for the totality of the Lockheed Martin business with the United Kingdom.

Previously, Paul held the positions of Managing Director for Ascent Flight Training in Bristol, Chief Operating Officer of Lockheed Martin Commercial Flight Training, based in Sassenheim, Netherlands and Director, United Kingdom for Lockheed Martin Aeronautics.  Paul joined Lockheed Martin in 2001 to lead the capture of the UK Military Flying Training System.

Paul Livingston began his career at Singer Link-Miles in 1987 as an engineering apprentice working in Civil and Military simulation.  On completion of the apprenticeship he was selected to spend a year in Sunnyvale, CA to develop code for the world’s first eye-slaved visual system.  Following an acquisition by Thomson-CSF,in 1994 Paul was appointed Military Warranty Program Manager then in 1996 he was promoted to Senior Program Manager for Advanced Programs.  He then held the post of Business Development Executive, US Military in 1998 to 2000 when under the reorganization to Thales Training & Simulation, he was appointed Regional Executive for North Asia. 

Paul is a Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society and board member for Lockheed Martin UK Holdings Limited, the Ascent Flight Training companies and the Fly Navy Heritage Trust.

Paul Livingston is married to Kate and they have two children Eleanor and Alexander.
